Took a while to get connected, and when she was, she promptly canceled because the quality was very poor. Still, as of Oct 21, she has not got money back (on the Linksys SPA2102 Phone Adaptor), and she says customer service is 'non-existent'. She has asked me to post to warn people off Brama Telecom. We have some VoIP call centers here but I am unsure if they use Brama Telecom over here.
